Mr. Jaideep Thakker, the driving force behind the successful and efficient functioning of the chamber has always believed that ‘Justice should not only be done but shall be seen to be done.’ His operations have always looked to believe such that, ‘Justice delayed is denied’. With multifarious strategic skills he takes up cases on a war footing and with his fierce work ethics he has brought about effective speedy disposal of matters brought before him.
He believes that, legal jurisprudence and justice system of the Indian Judiciary has to be utmost respected and followed consistently, and if the same is homogeneous with practical, analytical and logical application of law, it will certainly bring about ends of justice. The law of common sense has to be regularly applied for effective implementation and execution of codified law in its truest spirit.
